METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.
  • Step 2.

    Dust a clean, flat surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a thin, round shape.
  • Step 3.

    Layer the dough with the passata, leaving a small margin around the edges for the crust.
  • Step 4.

    Add a generous amount of fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes on top of the passata.
  • Step 5.

    Distribute enough mozzarella cheese to cover the basil and tomatoes.
  • Step 6.

    Scatter roquito peppers evenly on top of the cheese.
  • Step 7.

    Place the prepared pizza onto a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Step 8.

    Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
