METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.Step 2.
Dust a clean, flat surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a thin, round shape.Step 3.
Layer the dough with the passata, leaving a small margin around the edges for the crust.Step 4.
Add a generous amount of fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes on top of the passata.Step 5.
Distribute enough mozzarella cheese to cover the basil and tomatoes.Step 6.
Scatter roquito peppers evenly on top of the cheese.Step 7.
Place the prepared pizza onto a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.Step 8.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
