Garlicky Cheese Pizza with Spinach, Mushrooms & Onion Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • Step 2.

    Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3.

    In a pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic with a bit of oil until they are soft, for around 5-7 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted.
  • Step 4.

    Spread a base layer of passata over the rolled-out dough and then layer with grated mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of cheddar for extra flavour.
  • Step 5.

    Top with the sautéed vegetables evenly.
  • Step 6.

    Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden and the crust is crisp.
  • Step 7.

    Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

  6. 100 gFresh spinach

  7. 200 gMozzarella cheese, grated

  8. 50 g Cheddar cheese, grated
