METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat up.Step 2.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured worktop until around 12 inches in diameter.Step 3.
Spread the pesto evenly over the surface of the dough leaving a small border for the crust.Step 4.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto.Step 5.
Half and arrange tomato slices over the cheese.Step 6.
Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone or tray in the oven.Step 7.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted and bubbly.Step 8.
Remove from the oven, top with a drizzle of garlic oil and sprinkle with pine nuts.
