Drizzled with a silky honey-caramel sauce. These quick and easy fried bananas make a delicious, simple dessert. They also make the perfect addition to a fry up. However you choose to use them they will no disappoint!

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Peel the bananas and cut into thick slices.
  • Step 2.

    In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  • Step 3.

    Add the sliced bananas and sauté until they're lightly browned on each side. Try not to move them around too much, they'll go mushy.
  • Step 4.

    Meanwhile, in a separate small saucepan, heat the honey and water while stirring until they form a syrup.
  • Step 5.

    Drizzle the honey syrup over the fried bananas, gently stirring to make sure that all slices are well coated.
