METHOD
Step 1.
Wash the dill thoroughly and pat dry.Step 2.
Put the dill and olive oil in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.Step 3.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bottle or jar, pressing on the solids to get as much oil out as possible.Step 4.
Let the oil stand for about an hour to allow the flavours to meld together.Step 5.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate. Use within one week.
