This easy to make garlic oil is a versatile condiment that can be used for cooking, dipping bread, or drizzling over salads.

METHOD
Step 1.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves.Step 2.
Put the garlic and olive oil in a saucepan.Step 3.
Heat gently until bubbles appear.Step 4.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.Step 5.
Let the oil cool and then strain it into a sterilised glass jar.Step 6.
Store in the fridge and use within two weeks.
