METHOD
Step 1.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves.Step 2.
Put the garlic and olive oil in a saucepan.Step 3.
Heat gently until bubbles appear.Step 4.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.Step 5.
Let the oil cool and then strain it into a sterilised glass jar.Step 6.
Store in the fridge and use within two weeks.
