METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • Step 2.

    Place the Camembert on a baking tray.
  • Step 3.

    Top the Camembert with the plum jam, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  • Step 4.

    Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top of the jam.
  • Step 5.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
