Step 1.
Place the raspberries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.Step 2.
Continue cooking the mixture until the raspberries are broken down and the mixture has thickened, around 10 minutes.Step 3.
Remove the mixture from heat and pass it through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.Step 4.
In another bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.Step 5.
Fold the cooled raspberry mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined.Step 6.
