Cherry & Apple Puff Pastry Roulade Recipe
A delicious, flaky delight with dried cherries and apples served alongside creamy vanilla custard.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 190°C (Gas Mark 5) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Step 2.
In a saucepan, combine cherries and diced apples. Simmer on low heat until soft.Step 3.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.Step 4.
Spread the cherry apple mixture over the cinnamon-layered pastry.Step 5.
Roll up the pastry tightly from one of the long sides towards the other, sealing the edges by pinching together.Step 6.
Cut the roll into slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.Step 7.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed up.Step 8.
While the roulade is baking, warm the custard.Step 9.
Serve warm roulades with a generous serving of vanilla custard.
