METHOD

  • Step 1.

    In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Step 2.

    In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  • Step 3.

    Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, so your pancakes stay light and fluffy!
  • Step 4.

    Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  • Step 5.

    Pour or scoop the batter into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • Step 6.

    Cook until bubbles form on top, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 minutes more.
  • Step 7.

    Serve your pancakes with a nob of butter or drizzle of syrup and handful of frozen berries. Enjoy!

  7. 50 gButter, for topping

  8. 100 mlSyrup of choice, for topping

  9. 2 cupFrozen berries, for topping
