METHOD
Step 1.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.Step 2.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.Step 3.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, so your pancakes stay light and fluffy!Step 4.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.Step 5.
Pour or scoop the batter into the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.Step 6.
Cook until bubbles form on top, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 minutes more.Step 7.
Serve your pancakes with a nob of butter or drizzle of syrup and handful of frozen berries. Enjoy!
