Parma Ham & Mozzarella Spaghetti Recipe
This delightful and zesty Italian pasta dish features the beautiful combination of delicate spaghetti, salty parma ham, fresh mozzarella, and tangy lemon, topped with some freshly chopped parsley for the perfect finish.

METHOD
Step 1.
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the spaghetti as per package instructions until al dente.Step 2.
Zest & squeeze the lemon, and set it aside.Step 3.
In a large frying pan, fry the parma ham until crispy, then remove it from the pan and set it aside.Step 4.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and cook the garlic until golden.Step 5.
Then add the cooked spaghetti into the pan along with the ham, lemon zest and juice. Toss well until combined.Step 6.
Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and mix it into the hot pasta to slightly melt it.Step 7.
Toss through chopped fresh parsley and serve.
