METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Combine brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, stirring until the sugar disintegrated.
  • Step 2.

    Set aside some marinade for basting.
  • Step 3.

    Immerse the pork chops in the remaining marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Step 4.

    Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Step 5.

    Remove pork chops from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 6.

    Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C, basting frequently with reserved marinade using a silicone basting brush.
  • Step 7.

    Let the pork chops rest for few minutes before serving.
