METHOD
Step 1.
Combine brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, stirring until the sugar disintegrated.Step 2.
Set aside some marinade for basting.Step 3.
Immerse the pork chops in the remaining marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.Step 4.
Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.Step 5.
Remove pork chops from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.Step 6.
Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C, basting frequently with reserved marinade using a silicone basting brush.Step 7.
Let the pork chops rest for few minutes before serving.
