Satay Chicken Skewers Recipe
Delicious marinated chicken skewers with a peanut satay sauce. A perfect blend of spicy, sweet and savoury flavours.

METHOD
Step 1.
Soak skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes.Step 2.
Combine chicken, soy sauce, curry powder, oil, and sugar in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.Step 3.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.Step 4.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.Step 5.
For the satay sauce: Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add curry powder and stir for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, coconut milk, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until warmed and well blended.Step 6.
Serve the skewers with the satay sauce dripped over and enjoy.

2 tbspPeanut butter
