A crunchy, satisfying granary baguette rich with traditional seeds and grains, perfect for sandwiches or with soup.

  • Step 1.

Mix together the bread flour, granary flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Step 2.

Add in the honey, warm water, and stir until it combines to create a dough.
  • Step 3.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes or until it becomes elastic.
  • Step 4.

Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and let it rest for about 2 hours.
  • Step 5.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius.
  • Step 6.

Shape the dough into a long cylinder, and make a few slashes across the top.
  • Step 7.

Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and gently press them in.
  • Step 8.

Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the base.
