METHOD
Step 1.
Mix together the bread flour, granary flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.Step 2.
Add in the honey, warm water, and stir until it combines to create a dough.Step 3.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes or until it becomes elastic.Step 4.
Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and let it rest for about 2 hours.Step 5.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius.Step 6.
Shape the dough into a long cylinder, and make a few slashes across the top.Step 7.
Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and gently press them in.Step 8.
Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the base.Step 9.
Allow the baguette to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.

1 Packet of fast-action dried yeast
2 tspSea salt

3 tbspMixed seeds (e.g. sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
