METHOD
Step 1.
Combine chicken, cabbage, spring onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.Step 2.
Lay out your gyoza wrappers and spoon approximately one tablespoon of the chicken mixture into the centre of each.Step 3.
Wet the edges of the gyoza wrapper, fold over to create a half moon shape and pleat the edges to seal, then set aside.Step 4.
Heat a pan with a bit of vegetable oil. Place gyoza in pan and fry until one side is golden brown.Step 5.
Pour in some water and immediately cover the pan with a lid. Allow the gyoza to steam until water is fully evaporated.Step 6.
Remove from heat, serve with dipping sauce, and enjoy.
