Nutty White Chocolate Nougat Recipe

A deliciously sweet nougat with roasted nuts, perfect for a decadent treat or a homemade gift.





  • Step 1.

    In a saucepan, combine sugar, honey and water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches 120C on a candy thermometer.
  • Step 2.

    In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3.

    Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the whipped egg whites, beating continuously. Continue to beat for another 3-5 minutes until the mixture begins to stiffen.
  • Step 4.

    Stir in the melted chocolate, followed by the roasted nuts. Mix until it's well combined.
  • Step 5.

    Pour the nougat mixture into a lined baking dish. Flatten with a spatula and allow to cool and set completely.
  • Step 6.

    Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

  5. 100 gWhite chocolate, melted

  6. 150 gMixed roasted nuts (hazelnuts, almonds & pistachios)
