Super Spicy Chilli Paste Recipe
A fiery blend of spices, chilli peppers, and garlic that packs a punch and can be used in numerous dishes to add an extra layer of intense heat.

METHOD
Step 1.
Clean the chilli peppers, then cut into small pieces. Remove seeds to adjust to heat preference.Step 2.
Peel the garlic cloves.Step 3.
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the chilli peppers till aromatic but not burnt.Step 4.
Move the toasted chilli peppers to a blender.Step 5.
Add the garlic, cumin seeds, white vinegar and oil to the blender as well. Blend into a paste, adding water to get to your preferred consistency.Step 6.
Store in a sterilised, airtight jar. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a month.
