METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180°C.Step 2.
In a pan over medium heat (no oil), cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to drain, then crumble into bits.Step 3.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and finely chopped chives. Set aside.Step 4.
Arrange tortilla chips on a oven-safe platter or tray.Step 5.
Prepare the nacho cheese sauce according to package instructions, then drizzle over the tortilla chips.Step 6.
Place the platter in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the dish is heated through.Step 7.
Remove from oven and then dollop the sour cream and chive mix over the cheese-covered chips. Scatter the crumbled bacon bits evenly over the top.Step 8.
