METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Step 2.

    In a pan over medium heat (no oil), cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to drain, then crumble into bits.
  • Step 3.

    In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and finely chopped chives. Set aside.
  • Step 4.

    Arrange tortilla chips on a oven-safe platter or tray.
  • Step 5.

    Prepare the nacho cheese sauce according to package instructions, then drizzle over the tortilla chips.
  • Step 6.

    Place the platter in the oven for about 5 minutes, just until the dish is heated through.
