Vegan Crêpes Recipe

Delicious and light vegan crêpes, perfect for a quick breakfast or dessert.





  • Step 1.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Step 2.

    In a blender or food processor, blitz the soya milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oil until smooth.
  • Step 3.

    Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Step 4.

    Leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Step 6.

    Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base.
  • Step 7.

    Cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Step 8.

    Remove from the pan and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Step 9.

    Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and some frozen berries.
