Vegan & Gluten-Free Pancakes Recipe

Light and fluffy Vegan and Gluten-Free pancakes you can whip up in no time for a delightful breakfast.





  • Step 1.

    Combine oat milk, apple cider vinegar, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jug.
  • Step 2.

    In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt.
  • Step 3.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until combined, but be careful not to overmix, it should still be slightly lumpy.
  • Step 4.

    Heat up your non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, lower the heat slightly and add a small amount of coconut oil.
  • Step 5.

    Spoon approximately 60g of batter into the pan per pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Step 6.

    Serve warm with additional maple syrup or any fruits of your choice.
