Veggie Burger in Ciabatta Rolls Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Step 2.

    Cook burgers according to cooking instructions.
  • Step 3.

    Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and toast under grill until lightly browned.
  • Step 4.

    Pack each burger into a ciabatta roll along with some torn lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, a few gherkins and onion.
  • Step 5.

    Top with some fresh basil leaves and shavings of Grana Padano cheese and place the ciabatta lid on top.
  • Step 6.

    Serve immediately.
