Veggie Burger in Ciabatta Rolls Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.Step 2.
Cook burgers according to cooking instructions.Step 3.
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and toast under grill until lightly browned.Step 4.
Pack each burger into a ciabatta roll along with some torn lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, a few gherkins and onion.Step 5.
Top with some fresh basil leaves and shavings of Grana Padano cheese and place the ciabatta lid on top.Step 6.
Serve immediately.
