Bacon & Egg Breakfast Bun Recipe
A delightful brioche sandwich packed with nutritious spinach, crispy bacon, and creamy, melted cheese. Topped off with a perfectly cooked egg, this breakfast sandwich is sure to start your day off right.

METHOD
Step 1.
Fry bacon in a pan (no oil) until crispy, set aside.Step 2.
Crack eggs into the same pan and fry until egg yolk reaches desired consistency.Step 3.
Slice your brioche bun in half and toast until golden brown, spread a thin layer of mustard on one side of the bun.Step 4.
Assemble your sandwich starting with the bacon with the egg, cheese and then a handful of spinach, top with a few slices of chilli.Step 5.
Serve and enjoy your tasty breakfast roll.
