METHOD

Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
Step 3.
Roll out dough using a rolling pin, and cut into shapes using halloween cookie cutters, then place onto a greaseproof paper lined baking sheets.
Step 4.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
