Savoury Cheese & Bacon Muffins Recipe
This is a delicious muffin breakfast recipe that combines the savoury flavours of cheese and bacon.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees CelsiusStep 2.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.Step 3.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vegetable oil. Mix these wet ingredients together.Step 4.
Cut the bacon into small chunks and cook in a dry pan until crispy.Step 5.
Add the bacon, cheese, and the wet ingredients to the large bowl. Stir everything together until it’s just combined.Step 6.
Spoon your mixture into lined muffin tray.Step 7.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the muffins are golden on top.Step 8.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
