Brandy Tiramisu Topped with Frozen Berries Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a double boiling pot. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and creamy.Step 2.
Remove from heat. Stir in brandy, then fold in whipped cream and mascarpone cheese until well combined.Step 3.
Dip ladyfingers briefly in cold espresso, then arrange in a single layer at the bottom of a serving dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.Step 4.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream mixture on top.Step 5.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, until set.Step 6.
Just before serving, generously top the tiramisu with frozen berries. Dust with cocoa powder. Serve chilled.
