METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.Step 2.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.Step 3.
In a separate bowl, mix together the water and oil, then gradually add this to the dry ingredients while kneading constantly.Step 4.
Add the cheese and continue to knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.Step 5.
Place the dough in a dutch oven and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, which should take about 1 hour.Step 6.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.Step 7.
After baking, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for a bit before cutting into it.
