METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Pre-heat your oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Step 2.

    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.
  • Step 3.

    Combine the butter with the dry ingredients and mix until crumb-like texture is achieved.
  • Step 4.

    Slightly beat the yolks and then add it to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.

    Roll the dough into a disk shape and then let it rest in the fridge for an hour.

    Bring out the dough from the fridge and gently press it onto a tart pan.

    Bake the tart crust for about 25 minutes and then allow it to cool.
