Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
These smooth, moist and decadent little muffins are a chocolate lover's dream. They're so quick and easy to make, and they're perfect for a treat, or decorated for special occasions!

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a muffin pan.Step 2.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.Step 3.
In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, and eggs.Step 4.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until mixed well.Step 5.
Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about three-fourths full.Step 6.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.Step 7.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.Step 8.
Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
