METHOD
Step 1.
Crush the Oreo biscuits.Step 2.
Chop the kiwis into small chunks and set aside.Step 3.
Break sponge cake into chunks.Step 4.
Take glasses or bowls and layer them firstly with crumbled chocolate cake, followed by a layer of cream, then kiwis. Repeat the layering until the bowls are full.Step 5.
Place the trifles in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.Step 6.
Prior to serving, garnish with the crushed biscuits.
