METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Crush the Oreo biscuits.
  • Step 2.

    Chop the kiwis into small chunks and set aside.
  • Step 3.

    Break sponge cake into chunks.
  • Step 4.

    Take glasses or bowls and layer them firstly with crumbled chocolate cake, followed by a layer of cream, then kiwis. Repeat the layering until the bowls are full.
  • Step 5.

    Place the trifles in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
  • Step 6.

    Prior to serving, garnish with the crushed biscuits.
