Cinnamon Pecan Waffles Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.Step 2.
In another bowl, mix together the milk, eggs and melted butter. Gradually add this to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.Step 3.
Fold in the chopped pecans.Step 4.
Heat your waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour in the waffle mixture and cook until golden brown.Step 5.
Top your waffles with crushed nuts, fresh blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream, then serve.
