Step 1.
Combine oats and milk in a jar or container which has a lid.Step 2.
Add in the yogurt, diced fruits, and honey. Stir until everything is fully mixed.Step 3.
Seal the jar or container and place in the refrigerator overnight.Step 4.
The next morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed.Step 5.
Garnish with your favourite toppings and enjoy your hearty breakfast.

50 gRolled Oats
125 mlMilk
2 tbspPlain Yogurt
50 gDiced Fruits (berries, banana, apple, etc.)
1 tbspHoney
1 tbspyour preferred toppings (nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, etc.)
