  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C.

    Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. This step is crucial for achieving the crispiest wings.

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack over the sheet. Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
