METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat and preheat oven to 200°C.

    Rinse the potato wedges and pat them dry. Toss them in a mix of olive oil, chopped garlic, and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until golden and crisp, about 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
