Spicy Bacon Bap in a Toasted Bun Recipe
This flavour-packed sandwich calls for crispy bacon, tangy pickles and spicy jalapeños nestled in a beautifully toasted bun.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your grill on medium-high for the bacon and lightly toast the buns on the cut side.Step 2.
Grill the bacon for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until desired crispness.Step 3.
While the bacon is cooking, finely slice the onion and pickles.Step 4.
Once the bacon is done, let it rest on paper towel lined plate to absorb excess fat.Step 5.
Season the onion slices with salt and sugar and fry in a little oil until soft and slightly caramelised.Step 6.
Pile bacon, onions, pickles, and jalapeños on toasted buns, season to taste and serve immediately.
