Dark Chocolate & Blackberry Cupcakes Recipe
Delicious and rich dark chocolate and blackberry cupcakes, topped with sweet and creamy vanilla buttercream.

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin with paper cases.Step 2.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.Step 3.
Add in the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth.Step 4.
Mix in the blackberry purée, then divide the batter evenly between the cases.Step 5.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Step 6.
While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the buttercream by beating together the butter, sugar, vanilla essence, and milk until smooth.Step 7.
Once the cupcakes are cooled, pipe or spread the buttercream frosting on top.Step 8.
Top with a few fresh blackberries and serve.
