METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a muffin tray with paper cases.Step 2.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.Step 3.
In another smaller bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla extract.Step 4.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.Step 5.
Fold in the melted butter and chocolate chips.Step 6.
Divide the batter evenly amongst the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.Step 7.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Step 8.
Let it cool for few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
