Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Brownies Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180°C, and line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.Step 2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder.Step 3.
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter.Step 4.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the flour mixture and stir until well combined.Step 5.
Beat in eggs, vanilla extract and caster sugar until the mixture is smooth.Step 6.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and smooth the top with a spatula.Step 7.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.Step 8.
While brownies are cooling, prepare the chocolate drizzle: melt the additional chocolate and use a spoon to drizzle over the top of the cooled brownies.Step 9.
Cut into squares and serve.
