METHOD
Step 1.
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.Step 2.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with condensed milk, stirring continuously until smooth.Step 3.
Remove the mixture from the heat and swiftly stir in the vanilla extract and coconut flakes until evenly mixed.Step 4.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Spread evenly with a spatula.Step 5.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.Step 6.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares and enjoy!
