METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Step 2.

    In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with condensed milk, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Step 3.

    Remove the mixture from the heat and swiftly stir in the vanilla extract and coconut flakes until evenly mixed.
  • Step 4.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Step 5.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
  • Step 6.

    Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares and enjoy!
