Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe
This easy and quick homemade mayonnaise is creamy, rich and ready in just a few minutes. It's best served with sandwiches, salads and can be used as a base for many other sauces.

METHOD
Step 1.
Combine the egg yolks, mustard, and salt in a blending bowl.Step 2.
Really slowly add about half of the oil in thin stream to the bowl, constantly whisking until mixture begins to thicken.Step 3.
Continue to whisk while adding vinegar, then slowly add remaining oil. Whisk until mayonnaise is thick.Step 4.
Can be stored, covered, in refrigerator for up to 2 days.

2 Egg yolks
1 tbspDijon mustard
0.5 tspSalt
250 mlVegetable oil
1 tbspWhite vinegar
