METHOD
Step 1.
Combine figs, olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.Step 2.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar and pulse until everything is well combined but still slightly chunky.Step 3.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in chopped thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Step 4.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.Step 5.
