METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Combine figs, olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  • Step 2.

    Add lemon juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar and pulse until everything is well combined but still slightly chunky.
  • Step 3.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in chopped thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
