METHOD
Step 1.
Thoroughly wash the cucumbers. Slice them thinly.Step 2.
In a mixing bowl, combine water, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve completely.Step 3.
Add sliced cucumbers and thinly sliced chilli peppers to the mixture. Ensure the cucumber slices are fully submerged.Step 4.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For best flavor, let it marinate overnight.Step 5.
Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or appetiser.
