Pork & Pok Choy Ramen Recipe
This recipe combines succulent pork with crispy pok choy, delicate ramen and the savoury taste of a perfectly boiled egg. Garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for that extra crunch.

METHOD
Step 1.
In a large pot, bring water to boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender. Remove noodles and set aside.Step 2.
In the now empty pot, add pork and cook until nicely browned. Remove, slice and set aside.Step 3.
Sauté garlic and ginger till fragrant, then add in chicken stock and soy sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.Step 4.
Add pok choy into the broth. Once cooked, add ramen noodles. Let the whole mixture simmer for an additional 5 minutes.Step 5.
Spoon into bowls and carefully place the sliced pork and boiled egg atop the noodle soup.Step 6.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
