Carefully stir in butter until completely melted. Gradually add cream, stirring constantly. The mixture will bubble.Step 3.
Remove from heat, add sea salt, and let cool to room temperature.Step 4.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.Step 5.
Gently fold the cooled caramel sauce into the whipped cream.Step 6.
