METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.Step 2.
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems, keep the caps and discard the stems.Step 3.
Chop the garlic, peppers and chilli, discarding the seeds.Step 4.
Fry the peppers chilli and garlic on medium heat, add some salt and pepper to taste.Step 5.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the pepper, garlic and chilli mixture.Step 6.
Place in the oven and roast for 15 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and fully cooked.Step 7.
Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
