Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms Recipe

METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.
  • Step 2.

    Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems, keep the caps and discard the stems.
  • Step 3.

    Chop the garlic, peppers and chilli, discarding the seeds.
  • Step 4.

    Fry the peppers chilli and garlic on medium heat, add some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5.

    Stuff the mushroom caps with the pepper, garlic and chilli mixture.
  • Step 6.

    Place in the oven and roast for 15 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and fully cooked.
  • Step 7.

    Serve hot and enjoy your meal.

  3. 1 Fresh red chilli

  4. 1 tspSalt

  5. 0.5 tspBlack pepper
