Spicy Chicken Wings with Pomegranate Side Salad Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.Step 2.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper.Step 3.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.Step 4.
While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.Step 5.
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chipotle mayo: mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.Step 6.
For the sour cream, simply season it with a squeeze of lime juice, then set aside.Step 7.
Prepare the side salad by tossing lettuce leaves with pomegranate seeds.Step 8.
