
Spicy Chicken Wings with Pomegranate Side Salad Recipe

METHOD
- Step 1.Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
- Step 2.In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Step 3.Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
- Step 4.While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 5.In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the chipotle mayo: mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Step 6.For the sour cream, simply season it with a squeeze of lime juice, then set aside.
- Step 7.Prepare the side salad by tossing lettuce leaves with pomegranate seeds.
- Step 8.Once the chicken wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Step 9.Serve the wings immediately alongside the prepared chipotle mayo, sour cream, and the salad on the side.
