Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Garlic Oil Recipe

METHOD
Step 1.
Start by slicing the tomatoes into halves. Preheat oven to 200F or 95C.Step 2.
Using a baking tray, lay out the tomato halves and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Roast in oven for 4 to 6 hours, or until dried out.Step 3.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over low-medium heat and add sliced garlic till it turns golden brown.Step 4.
Turn off the heat and let the oil cool down.Step 5.
Once the tomatoes are dried, place them in a jar and pour the garlic oil over.Step 6.
Make sure the tomatoes are fully submerged in the oil. Close the jar and let it sit for a couple of days before using.
