Step 1.
Combine minced beef with cumin, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.Step 2.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the beef mixture until browned.Step 3.
In a separate bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.Step 4.
For the guacamole, mash avocados in a bowl and add lime juice, salt, and diced onions.Step 5.
