White Chocolate & Dried Cranberry Cookies Recipe

Delightful cookies combining the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the tangy bite of dried cranberries, perfect for a cosy afternoon tea.





  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F, Gas Mark 4) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Step 2.

    In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Step 3.

    Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Step 4.

    Sift in the flour and baking soda, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Step 5.

    Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Step 6.

    Drop heaped tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking trays, leaving space between each for them to spread out.
