METHOD

  • Step 1.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a tart tin.
  • Step 2.

    Place flour and butter into a mixing bowl and rub in to create a breadcrumb texture. Stir in the sugar.
  • Step 3.

    Peel and slice the plums and spread over the base of the baking tin.
  • Step 4.

    Spread the crumble on top of the sliced plums.
  • Step 5.

    Bake for 45 - 55 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.
  • Step 6.

    Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream or custard.
