METHOD
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a tart tin.Step 2.
Place flour and butter into a mixing bowl and rub in to create a breadcrumb texture. Stir in the sugar.Step 3.
Peel and slice the plums and spread over the base of the baking tin.Step 4.
Spread the crumble on top of the sliced plums.Step 5.
Bake for 45 - 55 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.Step 6.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream or custard.
